Xometry Europe is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support growth and play an active role in company development in the DACH region. Your main goal will be to seek new opportunities and build a solid, strong, and recurring pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Look for new opportunities and build a solid, strong, and recurring pipeline.
- Develop repetitive and stable sales in a specific industry or geography by establishing and maintaining customer contact.
- Use best practices in sales and account management.
- Achieve individual sales targets with your own acquired opportunities and assigned pools of customers.
- Acquire and hunt for new buyers.
- Utilize calls and mailings, among other methods, to build a strong and solid pipeline.
- Work with the incoming flow of leads, supporting them and developing relationships.
- Develop an opportunity pipeline in a specific industry or geography.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial customer contact and inquiry to receiving the order and ensuring repetitive order flow.
- Maintain customer contact at all project stages and be the primary contact point for your customers.
- Reflect the sales process regularly and fully in the CRM system.

- A successful sales track record in industries such as Rapid Prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or 3D Printing.
- An IT and digitalization enthusiast willing to actively use modern technologies and software.
- Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, or injection molding is a major advantage.
