About the Role

Capri is hiring a Junior Account Executive to join our Wholesale department. You will support the Senior Account Executive with Women’s Footwear sales across Department Stores and Specialty Stores for France & DACH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing designated accounts, analyzing sales data, and driving business in a fast-paced premium wholesale environment.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze sales data and drive business accordingly.
  • Manage and take ownership of designated accounts.
  • Generate and share weekly ATS stock reports to Key Accounts and monitor re-order requests.
  • Manage re-orders and swaps for Specialty Stores and assist with Key Accounts.
  • Pull Key Account weekly sales data for Senior AE’s review.
  • Track payments and deliveries for Specialty Stores and Key Accounts.
  • Perform ad hoc and general email administration, working alongside key internal departments to resolve and highlight any issues to Senior AEs.
  • Support as a point of contact for partners, engaging in maintaining good business relationships.
  • Prospect French Specialty Stores and bring new accounts to the Michael Kors database.
  • Occasionally support your line manager with store visits, competition analysis, and market knowledge.
  • Prepare and distribute seasonal Marketing Assets to Specialty Stores.
  • Follow up on POS reception for Department Stores.
  • Collate Line & Range Plans and maintain a sell-out tracker.
  • Compile seasonal Cheat Sheets for in-store staff.
  • Assist the Wholesale team with sample intake.
  • Complete seasonal datasheets for all Key Accounts.
  • Assist with image enquiries by providing logins and instructions for the image portal.
  • Maintain the customer contact sheet.
  • Keep the Order Types list updated.
  • Maintain the existing distribution file and mapping and collate Quarterly door counts.
  • Manage the Light Box Priority list.
  • Create Product Knowledge Packs for Key Accounts and facilitate training sessions.
  • Support your Line Manager with OTB forecasts.
  • Lead partners' seasonal market appointments: initiate business reviews and confidently present brand product strategies.
  • Ensure all accounts receive relevant market communications and materials, and follow up post-appointments.
  • Ensure all orders are received by deadline, entered, and added to the tracker.
  • Collate feedback during appointments and relay it back to the Senior AE and Director.
  • Keep customers informed of changes during and post-market (price, style code, material, delivery window).
  • Assist the Senior AE with checking Booking Reports.
  • Assist the team with showroom set up.

What We're Looking For

  • Language skills: French and English.
  • Wholesale experience in a premium or luxury environment.
  • A good understanding of Wholesale, ideally within a Fashion Retail environment.
  • Efficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Capability to partner with internal colleagues to address business challenges.
  • Capability to adapt to different communication styles, tools, and approaches to meet the needs of different audiences and levels in the organization.
  • A drive to continually look for ways to innovate or take existing products, processes, and services to a new level.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Wholesale department, working in close collaboration with planning, merchandising, retail, customer service, and finance. You will report directly to the Senior Account Executive.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role, requiring collaboration in the office three days a week. The position supports our business in France and the DACH region.
