AI Acquisition is hiring a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles supporting our rapid growth. You will source and attract top-tier talent globally, with a focus on the EU and US markets, to build a world-class team for a company at the forefront of the AI revolution.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining sourcing strategies to onboarding new hires.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier talent in the EU and US markets, leveraging various channels and building long-term talent pipelines.
- Recruit for a variety of roles across core business areas, including B2B, AI, SaaS, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Tech roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and use a rigorous assessment process to evaluate candidates on both hard skills and culture fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, set realistic expectations, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Use data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate, continuously improving hiring processes.
What We're Looking For
- Not less than 2 years of proven, end-to-end global talent acquisition experience.
- Extensive experience hiring in Global Markets, especially EU and US markets.
- A track record of closing over 90 offers per quarter.
- Subject matter expertise in recruiting for B2B, AI, SaaS, Info Space, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
- Deep understanding of candidate evaluation and assessment processes.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and other AI-related recruitment technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in a startup environment.
- Technical recruitment experience is a plus.
