Paired is looking for a Jr. Media Buyer to join our fast-growing mobile app company. You will manage and scale user acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok, optimizing performance to meet CPA and ROAS goals. You’ll play a key role in driving the growth of high-performing subscription-based wellness and lifestyle apps that reach millions of users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPI).
- Conduct creative testing and audience segmentation to improve ad efficiency.
- Collaborate with designers and analysts to develop high-performing ad creatives and growth strategies.
- Use MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) to track, analyze, and attribute campaign performance across app funnels.
- Identify trends and insights to scale successful campaigns and manage budgets efficiently.
- Participate in growth experiments to test new channels, tactics, and creative concepts.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in paid media buying.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and interpret performance data daily.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Meta and TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including MMPs, subscription funnels, and Shopify.
- Previous experience working with subscription-based mobile apps—especially in the wellness or fitness category.
- Proven ability to manage and scale ad accounts—experience taking campaigns from $0 to $10K+ daily ad spend.
