Arch Aerial LLC is seeking a Junior UAS Pilot to collect aerial content and industrial inspection data for clients in the construction and energy sectors. This is a full-time, hourly, entry-level position based in the Houston region, requiring both field and in-office work.
What You'll Do
- Execute scheduled UAS (unmanned aerial systems) missions for Arch Aerial LLC, primarily in industrial settings
- Perform UAS flights
- Manage collected data
- Transfer data
- Work 35-45 hours per week with potential for overtime beyond 40 hours
- Travel as required for assignments
- Perform duties outdoors in Gulf Coast and Southwest climates, including hot and humid conditions
- Work both inside and outside the Greater Houston area as opportunities arise
- Be present in-office for administrative or data technician duties
- Participate in company-provided training on piloting, processes, safety, and technical skills
What We're Looking For
- Must be familiar with multi-rotor UAS operation
- Must be able to work in outdoor industrial environments with hot and humid conditions
- Must be available for travel
- Must be able to work full-time onsite (not remote)
- Must have a strong and efficient work ethic
- Must demonstrate integrity
Nice to Have
- Previous professional UAS Pilot experience (highly recommended but not required)
- Fixed wing UAS operational experience (a plus)
- Opportunity to train as a Junior Data Technician (potential future path)
