Join Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors as a Jr. Business Systems Administrator in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. What You'll Do
- Provide daily support and configuration for internal platforms across CRM, billing, communication, and ticketing tools.
- Deliver responsive help desk support, resolve access issues, manage MFA/password resets, and handle desktop troubleshooting.
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware and peripherals, facilitate onboarding/offboarding, and administer user accounts.
- Conduct maintenance and observability tasks for AWS cloud servers and serverless infrastructure.
- Partner with internal teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable, automated technical solutions.
- Develop scripts using tools like PowerShell and Ansible to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to solve problems independently, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Nice to Have
- Some experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Basic understanding of system administration, networking, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Recurly.
- Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
