Responsibilities
- Install, connect, and verify electrical infrastructure such as power distribution units, conduit types (EMT, RMC, IMC), cable trays, panelboards, switchgear, transformers, and uninterruptible power supply systems
- Execute feeder and branch circuit installations according to project plans and technical specs
- Deploy grounding and bonding systems tailored for high-availability environments
- Interpret construction drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, and project specifications accurately
- Assist in building out data halls, electrical rooms, and auxiliary support areas
- Work safely near energized or operational systems using lockout/tagout and live-work protocols
- Keep data center workspaces clean and organized, including white space and gray space zones
- Comply with OSHA regulations, National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E standards, and internal safety requirements
- Engage in daily job hazard analyses, safety huddles, and site safety reviews
- Recognize potential hazards and halt tasks if safety standards are not met
- Train and supervise apprentices and assistant workers
- Collaborate with foremen, project leads, quality assurance teams, and other tradespeople
- Sustain high levels of work quality and efficiency to meet demanding project timelines
Compensation
Daily Per Diem: $120 (Paid daily, 7 days a week); Retention Bonus: $5.00 per hour; Journeyman Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Disbursed 30 days after start date)

- Standard Schedule: 5/10s + 1/8 (5 days at 10 hours and 1 day at 8 hours each week)
- Overtime: Available
- Project Duration: 1 year+ with additional steady work
- Daily Per Diem: $120 (Paid daily, 7 days a week)
- Retention Bonus: An additional $5.00 per hour
- Journeyman Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Disbursed 30 days following the start date)
