CeLeen is hiring a Joint SOF Trainer (Intelligence) IV to provide specialized subject matter expertise and strategic-level joint training in Intelligence Operations in support of Naval Special Warfare Group ONE. This role is central to preparing joint SOF headquarters for certification through comprehensive training programs and exercises.
What You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise and strategic-level joint training primarily in Intelligence Operations.
- Perform in-depth research, analysis, and training to support Theater Special Operations Commands and joint SOF Task Force Commanders’ readiness and exercise programs.
- Support joint SOF headquarters with individual, staff, and unit collective training, academic events, senior leader seminars, planning exercises, tabletop exercises, and functional area workshops.
- Execute joint mission rehearsals, command post exercises, and other collective training events supporting the USSOCOM certification and validation program.
- Mentor seniors, peers, and juniors; lead intelligence seminars and brief academic and operational materials.
- Professionally liaise and coordinate with senior officers and staff leadership across functional areas.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ SOF intelligence experience or prior rank (E8-E9, O3-O4, CW2-CW4) with 10 years of intelligence experience.
- Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
- Recent experience and deep professional knowledge of Special Operations, Naval Special Warfare, and Joint Military Operations.
- Minimum of 7 years’ all-source intelligence experience at the tactical and operational level.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in joint operations and tactical-operational level planning.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with exercise and scenario design.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience mentoring, leading seminars, briefing materials, and liaising with senior leadership.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organization skills with proven skills in formal classroom delivery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for and maintain company liability insurance.
- Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to Have
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 6 years of experience preparing all-source intelligence products to support SOF training and exercises.
- 4 years’ experience with Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE) and the intelligence planning process.
- Availability within two weeks of offer date.
