Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, creativity, and resourcefulness in pursuing strategic accounts.
- Create a territory plan and collaborate with the executive team to secure necessary resources for goal achievement.
- Gain a deep understanding of a complex technology platform and conduct demos with the end user's desired outcomes in mind.
- Match the solution with identified problems within customer organizations.
- Build and maintain productive relationships and effective negotiations with customers at various organizational levels.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure high customer satisfaction, adoption, and continuous upselling and expansion into new departments.
