What You'll Do
Join a fully remote engineering network focused on advancing how enterprise software is delivered in customer-managed environments. You'll engage in structured onboarding to master the platform, working through hands-on training and collaborating with team members across the globe.
Build strong relationships by connecting with colleagues, refining onboarding workflows, and identifying improvements in documentation and support resources. You'll deepen your understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, explore Go development, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning supported by dedicated growth funding.
Collaborate asynchronously across time zones, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with real-world deployment needs. Your work will directly influence how vendors deliver software to their customers in secure, distributed environments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application development
- Professional background building and shipping software for external, technical users
- Proficiency in Go and related tooling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to decompose complex challenges into iterative progress
- Effective communication skills, both technical and interpersonal
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings across multiple time zones
- Experience evaluating when to apply AI tools versus when human judgment is essential
- A customer-focused mindset with commitment to long-term success
- Initiative to act decisively and improve processes proactively
- Ability to define and uphold high standards for technical quality

Work Mode
This role is fully remote, open to candidates in the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Occasional travel to Austin, Texas is expected twice a year for in-person collaboration sessions. Work is designed to be asynchronous by default, with flexibility to align across global time zones.
