Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all stages of the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Develop and test paid digital products such as micro-guides to rapidly acquire leads.
- Design and implement streamlined conversion funnels that turn prospects into paying clients.
- Repurpose an existing 75-page hiring guide into compelling, bite-sized lead-generating offers.
- Create and oversee high-impact email campaigns including opt-ins, nurturing sequences, and regular newsletters.
- Coordinate and monitor sponsored newsletter placements and partnership initiatives, while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance data using GA4, dashboards, and KPIs to identify successes and improve underperforming areas.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing complete marketing funnels from ad click to sale, preferably in B2B environments.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns on at least one major advertising platform such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
- Proficiency in building landing pages using tools like ClickFunnels, WordPress, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong capabilities in email list management, automated sequences, and broadcast messaging.
- Experience creating or adapting content for conversion, including lead magnets and short-form digital offers.
- Comfortable using GA4, analytics dashboards, and KPIs to direct and prioritize marketing activities.
- Ability to independently launch and test marketing campaigns without reliance on designers or developers.
- A mindset oriented toward rapid execution—launching minimum viable campaigns and iterating quickly.
- Recent use of AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and output quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing and measuring the impact of newsletter sponsorships.
- Background working in agency, SaaS, or service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Sheets for workflow automation and tracking.
- Experience implementing systems that encourage customer referrals and repeat business.
- Personal interest in remote work, global hiring, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Knowledge of SEO, pay-per-click advertising, and conversion rate optimization—valuable but not required.
