Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site, personalized, group, and virtual technical assistance and training to recipients in areas such as governance, program management, and fiscal operations, with a focus on supporting recipients in key areas.
- Address and correct areas of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through federal monitoring, which may involve on-site work for periods ranging from one to several days.
- Develop and implement a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) that targets the root causes of noncompliance and deficiencies for recipients, as directed by the regional office.
- Enhance program oversight and management in areas of concern identified through regional office oversight processes.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with regional office staff regarding the delivery of technical assistance and progress toward corrective actions or quality improvements.
- Collaborate with Early Childhood, Family Engagement, Health, and System Specialists to ensure effective integration of management systems technical assistance that supports improvements in education, family services, and health services, as directed by the regional office.
- Create and deliver effective presentations and training sessions on topics related to program management and fiscal operations.
- Assist with emerging Office of Head Start (OHS) initiatives and priorities.
