CI&T is hiring a Master Software Developer for a key position within our Brazilian operations. This fully remote role places you directly on the Lovelace production team, where you will be instrumental in driving development initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of core software components and systems.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Mentor and guide other developers within the Lovelace team.
- Own the full development lifecycle for critical production features.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Substantial professional experience in software development and architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
- Expert-level problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Residency in Brazil with the ability to work fully remotely.
