CI&T is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing solutions within the Sales and Service Cloud ecosystems to drive business value.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into system architecture
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and CI&T standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce APIs
Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, security models, and data migration
Ability to mentor other developers and lead technical initiatives
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
