CI&T is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing solutions within the Sales and Service Cloud ecosystems to drive business value.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
- Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into system architecture
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and CI&T standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, security models, and data migration
- Ability to mentor other developers and lead technical initiatives
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Brazil.
