CI&T is seeking a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our team. In this role, you will use your deep technical expertise to develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, working directly with client challenges in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications tailored to healthcare industry needs.
Lead technical components of projects, ensuring code quality and best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance on Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Health Cloud.
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Deep understanding of healthcare data models, provider and patient management workflows, and compliance considerations.
Ability to architect and deliver complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
