Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing Jira setup to uncover excessive customizations, structural inefficiencies, and deficiencies in reporting capabilities
- Revise and restructure workflows, issue types, custom fields, and project configurations to improve clarity and long-term manageability
- Apply approved configuration changes directly within the Jira environment
- Set up, adjust, and test third-party plugins essential for reporting, portfolio oversight, and test coordination
- Develop a comprehensive documentation file outlining workflow designs, issue hierarchies, field applications, and plugin installations
- Confirm that all reporting functions and project monitoring tools operate correctly prior to project completion
