Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing Jira setup to uncover excessive customizations, structural inefficiencies, and deficiencies in reporting capabilities
- Revise and restructure workflows, issue types, custom fields, and project schemes to improve clarity and long-term maintainability
- Apply approved configuration changes directly within the Jira environment
- Set up, adjust, and test third-party apps essential for reporting, portfolio planning, and test management functions
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining the updated workflows, issue hierarchy, field usage, and installed app configurations
- Ensure all reporting features and project tracking systems operate correctly before concluding the contract
