Huzzle's Client is hiring a Japanese-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the IT industry. This is a full-time, independent contractor role where you will focus on generating new business opportunities in the Japanese market through outbound prospecting, adapting outreach materials, and scheduling discovery calls.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive awareness and interest in the company’s SaaS solutions.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
- Translate and adapt outreach materials and product messaging into natural, business-level Japanese.
- Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Japanese and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and outreach tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese business culture and communication style.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Background in the Demand Generation industry.
