Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: - Deliver friendly and engaging customer service that supports Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. - Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards as needed. - Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. - Ensure all shared and team member spaces are well maintained, including eating areas, washrooms, and locker rooms. - Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing of store supplies as requested. - Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. - Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed. - Take on additional responsibilities on a periodic basis to support overall store operations.
