What You'll Do
- Support the design, modernization, and integration of digital banking technologies
- Investigate and document business processes, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Develop process flows, requirement documents, and system descriptions
- Ensure solutions adhere to information security principles and comply with financial regulations
- Work closely with business units, developers, and quality assurance teams in agile project environments
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT or Systems Analyst
- Hands-on familiarity with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of core banking operations including payments, lending, and customer data management
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks like PSD2, GDPR, AML/KYC, and SEPA
- Strong grasp of IT security, quality assurance, and system lifecycle practices
- Fluency in both Finnish and English
