Requirements
Applicants must be based in or willing to work from the Chicago Metropolitan Area, as this role requires in-person collaboration. Travel between 25% and 75% is expected, depending on team and project needs. Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or SQL is essential for analyzing and interpreting data effectively.
Benefits
Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available for employees and eligible dependents, along with voluntary life insurance. Basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance are provided automatically. Commuter benefits help offset transportation costs.
Time off is flexible—employees take what they need, without accrual limits. Two weeks of paid time off are scheduled annually at year-end, subject to team requirements. Ten paid holidays are observed each year. The leave program supports personal needs, including medical events, military service, and family care.
New parents receive paid leave and access to subsidized backup childcare. Fertility and family-building support includes adoption, surrogacy, and preservation benefits. A one-time stipend helps with expenses related to growing a family. Employees may also enroll in a 401(k) plan to support long-term financial goals.
Work Mode
This role is primarily onsite in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. While most teams allow occasional remote work—typically one or two days per week—consistent office presence is expected. Remote work is only permitted in rare cases and requires alignment with business needs and employment location.
Company Culture
Team members value depth over surface-level answers, often diving deep into data to understand root causes. Collaboration thrives in an environment of low ego, where results matter more than recognition. The team excels in ambiguous, fast-moving settings, adapting quickly and reflecting on what works.
Individuals are expected to learn continuously, lead when appropriate, and follow when needed. Attention to team and community needs fosters diverse paths to success. Well-being is prioritized across all aspects of life, and office-based work is encouraged to strengthen collaboration and innovation.
