What You'll Do
Design and deliver structured learning experiences that support new hires and ongoing team development, aligning training with real-world workflows and adult learning principles. Work directly with systems, tools, and subject matter experts to gather in-depth knowledge, uncovering hidden assumptions and edge cases to build robust, practical content.
Create modular training materials—such as documentation, videos, quizzes, and knowledge base articles—that evolve with changing products and processes. Translate intricate business rules and conditional logic into formats that both humans and AI agents can interpret and apply accurately. Maintain training accuracy over time by updating materials in response to system changes and operational updates.
Collaborate across teams to roll out new initiatives, support change management, and assess training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance data. Help define KPIs and tracking methods for large-scale learning programs, and supplement internal resources with external courses where needed.
Requirements
You bring at least three years of experience in adult education, training development, or operational enablement, with a focus on creating learning solutions from the ground up. You’ve supported training in operations, revenue operations, or sales environments and have refined existing content to improve clarity and impact.
You’re skilled at simplifying complex or ambiguous topics into structured, actionable learning modules that support decision-making and problem-solving. Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or automation systems is essential—particularly in prompt design, knowledge structuring, and training methodologies. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike and have a proven ability to build trust with cross-functional experts.
Strong writing, organization, and analytical abilities are required, along with a commitment to continuous improvement through data and feedback.
