Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to shape and prioritize the backlog, translating business goals into clear, executable requirements.
- Own end-to-end requirements for frontend, and backend teams — from discovery through delivery
- Maintain and develop comprehensive documentation of existing functionality — how systems work, how flows are structured, and where the edge cases live.
- Write clear, structured User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and feature specs that eliminate ambiguity and enable the team to move fast.
- Lead and facilitate refinement sessions, ensure the team has the context and clarity to estimate and deliver with confidence.
- Act as the go-to person for team questions — resolve functional ambiguities quickly so engineers don't lose momentum.
- Proactively identify blockers, dependencies, and gaps before they hit the sprint.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including backend systems and API-level thinking.
- Solid command of Agile methodologies in a real product environment.
- Confident with A/B testing principles — you understand how experiments are designed, tracked, and interpreted.
- Product mindset - ability to think in terms of business value, user needs, and measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills — you can drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders without losing people along the way.
- Strong analytical and system thinking skills
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; comfortable with UML/BPMN or similar modeling approaches.
- English level — Upper Intermediate (working language for documentation)
