Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to managers and the People & Culture team on labor law, collective agreements, workplace environment, and negotiations when required.
- Guide the organization in interpreting and applying laws and collective agreements.
- Contribute to an open and constructive dialogue with Danish Works Council, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Provide support on workplace environment matters.
- Translate legal expertise into clear and actionable advice.
- Develop, improve and implement working methods within the area.
- Ensure working methods are communicated in a structured manner.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars tailored to business needs.
Requirements
- Expertise in labor law with a Nordic focus, particularly Denmark.
- Ability to interpret and apply labor laws and collective agreements.
- Experience in supporting negotiations and workplace environment matters.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and actionable legal advice.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and webinars.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting other Nordic countries in labor law matters.
