The Analyst, Systems (ROPS) supports Revenue Operations by driving the design, implementation, and enhancement of business systems and processes. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that operational needs are accurately translated into functional solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop clear documentation such as business requirements, process maps, user stories, and communication plans to support system changes.
- Translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements, working across multiple platforms and workflows.
- Analyze how data flows between systems and identify interdependencies that impact operations.
- Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define root causes and guide the development of sustainable solutions.
- Support temporary workarounds when system enhancements are pending, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Visualize end-to-end processes across systems to uncover inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Lead coordination between business units and IT, facilitating requirement reviews, status updates, and post-deployment evaluations.
- Ensure data and code readiness by serving as the business lead during technical communications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation in production environments.
- Communicate progress, risks, and roadblocks proactively to keep initiatives on track.
- Maintain current records of process dependencies, system interfaces, and project documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in systems analysis, business process improvement, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in modeling complex data scenarios and generating meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated alignment with organizational values and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Proven ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Background in healthcare operations or revenue cycle management.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado. Regular presence at the site is expected to support collaboration and operational needs.
