Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Italian Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. You will work remotely from Greece, delivering support and education to Italian-speaking users.
What You'll Do
- Offer remote support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support cases in our CRM.
- Educate clients on product features to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Collaborate with the team to handle complex queries and share knowledge.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements.
- Participate in training programs to stay current with product developments and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
- Desire to experience living and working in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
