Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to our clients. You will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction. This position includes a fully paid relocation to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotional campaigns, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual or international environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage customer queries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a good command of standard office software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support provided.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
