About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, supporting IT systems, and ensuring users are proficient with current technologies. This role combines instructional design with systems engineering to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical training programs for end users and IT staff
  • Develop course materials, including presentations, labs, and assessments
  • Support enterprise IT systems through configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement secure and efficient system solutions
  • Maintain system documentation and training resources
  • Respond to technical inquiries from non-technical and technical personnel
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and update content based on feedback
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network and server infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across multiple platforms
  • Ensure compliance with security policies during system operations
  • Participate in system upgrades and migration projects
  • Provide on-demand training sessions in person and remotely
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Support identity and access management systems
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems
  • Create knowledge base articles for internal and external use
  • Work with stakeholders to define training needs and objectives
  • Implement secure configurations for operating systems and applications
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and training methodologies
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and training resources
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion
  • Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives through training modules
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met in training materials
  • Perform administrative tasks related to user accounts and permissions
