Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands, taking ownership of your performance and results.
- Manage inbound sales calls and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads, engaging prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive conversion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer centric relationships through partnering with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including our unique competitive advantages and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work collaboratively with the team to continue to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services.
- Work closely with the Customer Services team, contact center, tech support and staff for local and regional relationship building in addition to keeping and growing existing relations.
- Manage pipeline reporting of sales activities through complete, timely sales forecasting, weekly/monthly reports, as required, and other administrative duties and reports assigned in HubSpot CRM, Five9, and related systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience required, ideally in a phone or contact center environment.
- Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.
- Excellent presentation skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong competitive sales background and first call closing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- High School Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
