Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Manage sensitive employee relations cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, payroll, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in Benelux to provide actionable guidance.
- Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
- Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure timely salary changes.
- Act as SPOC for employees’ immigration and mobility needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
- Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handover for efficiency.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes.
- Lead efforts to standardize and improve HR practices globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Deep expertise in Benelux labor laws
- Strong working knowledge of employment regulations more broadly in Europe
- Experience supporting complex employee relations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack

- Knowledge of the EoR Industry
- Basic understanding of French language
