About the Role
Lead end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor roles across R&D, manufacturing, and operations. Develop targeted sourcing strategies, engage technical talent, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet global hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Create customized sourcing plans for challenging semiconductor positions in design, manufacturing, test, packaging, and operations.
- Utilize diverse channels including niche platforms, talent communities, referrals, and proactive market mapping to identify candidates.
- Build qualified longlists and shortlists using technical filters specific to semiconductor domains such as IC design, fabrication, equipment engineering, and test development.
- Deliver well-structured CVs and candidate summaries to hiring managers.
- Guide hiring teams on market trends, candidate availability, competitive benchmarks, and realistic timelines.
- Maintain consistent communication and ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Accurately track and update recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system to ensure transparency.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, HR operations, and business leaders to ensure compliance and efficient workflows.
- Apply in-depth understanding of semiconductor roles across the integrated device manufacturer value chain, including R&D, physical design, verification, process integration, yield engineering, and testing.
- Stay current with global semiconductor talent trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technical skills.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry and its technical roles.
- Proven experience working within integrated device manufacturer (IDM) settings.
- Hands-on experience handling complex semiconductor hiring requests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment from intake to hire.
- Experience designing targeted sourcing strategies for technical roles in semiconductor design, manufacturing, test, packaging, and operations.
- Proficiency in using multiple sourcing methods, including niche job boards, talent communities, employee referrals, and market mapping.
- Skill in building candidate pipelines using technical filters across semiconductor hardware and software R&D, IC design, fabrication, process engineering, and test development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of delivering high-quality candidate summaries and CV presentations.
- Ability to advise hiring teams on market conditions, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and realistic recruitment timelines.
- Commitment to maintaining clear communication and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Experience maintaining accurate and transparent recruitment records in an applicant tracking system.
- Proven collaboration with HRBPs, HR operations, and business leaders to support hiring goals.
- Familiarity with technical roles across the IDM value chain, including R&D, verification, physical design, yield engineering, and manufacturing.
- Up-to-date awareness of global semiconductor talent markets, competitive landscapes, and evolving skill demands.
