About the Role
Drive product adoption and customer success through technical expertise and relationship building. Deliver training, lead demonstrations, and support sales by solving challenges in the tools and industrial sectors. Regular UK travel required.
Responsibilities
- Act as a product and brand ambassador by sharing in-depth knowledge and delivering technical training to improve customer efficiency and adoption.
- Improve customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and collaborating with sales teams to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Strengthen relationships with dealers and partners through joint initiatives and by leading product demonstrations at dealer events.
- Increase brand presence by representing the company at industry events, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating with partners for effective execution.
- Demonstrate product performance through hands-on testing and consultative selling to match customers with optimal solutions.
- Provide customized training on product usage, safety protocols, and certification requirements to ensure effective implementation.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by offering continuous support and collecting feedback for product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Demonstrated skills and professional experience relevant to the role.
- Proven background in customer-facing positions, preferably in sales, marketing, or technical support within the tools, industrial, or hardware industries.
- Solid understanding of product applications and ability to recommend customized solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging and training varied audiences.
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience organizing and supporting events such as product showcases, training sessions, and dealer activities.
- Valid full driver’s license for the UK.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK.
