Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline support for on-site servers, networking components, and print environments
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot hardware and software setups including desktops, mobile devices, and printers
- Assist with internal IT systems such as IT service management platforms, asset tracking, Active Directory, patch deployment, backup operations, and audit readiness
- Carry out local and group-wide system rollouts, modifications, updates, and continued technical support
- Support daily operational tasks within IT operations and infrastructure teams
- Actively participate in shaping the future IT environment in line with corporate standards
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures, system setups, and support workflows
- Examine business operations to find potential for automation and digital enhancement
- Build, implement, and sustain automated processes and digital tools
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to collect requirements and execute process enhancements
- Ensure seamless integration and rollout of automation tools with current and emerging systems
- Track, refine, and continually enhance existing automated solutions
- Encourage effective use of Microsoft productivity tools across the SEE region, emphasizing communication and process efficiency
- Assess and assist implementation of new digital technologies that meet business demands
- Create training frameworks, instructional materials, and user manuals
- Deliver training sessions to advance digital literacy and skill development
- Foster and strengthen digital competencies related to CBS initiatives in the SEE region
