Responsibilities

Manage and support identity and access systems using Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
Oversee device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Maintain and support Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
Ensure endpoint security through administration of Microsoft Defender.
Support collaboration and issue tracking using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
Monitor system health, deploy updates, and maintain high availability of critical IT services.
Deliver advanced technical support for infrastructure and system-related incidents.
Investigate recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
Partner with internal teams to resolve complex device and access management issues.
Administer Cisco Meraki networks, including access points, switches, and security appliances.
Manage and troubleshoot VPN configurations for secure remote connectivity.
Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity issues.
Implement network segmentation using VLANs and routing to enhance security and efficiency.
Configure systems in alignment with organizational standards and operational requirements.
Lead IT initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for routine system tasks.
Enforce security policies including access controls, encryption, and endpoint protection.
Ensure systems comply with data protection laws, internal policies, and audit standards.
Produce and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and procedures.
Mentor junior staff and provide training on system best practices.
