Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for end-user devices
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including backup systems
- Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as PowerShell
- Handle procurement processes, asset tracking, and inventory control
- Maintain and resolve issues with audio and visual technology equipment
- Administer and support telecommunications systems
- Support internal proprietary software applications
- Manage third-party software platforms and services
- Monitor system capacity and assist with resource planning
- Oversee helpdesk operations and ticketing systems
- Deliver training sessions for staff on IT systems and tools
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and high availability protocols
- Enforce cybersecurity measures and respond to security incidents
