Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end users
- Support desktop, laptop, and mobile device configurations
- Install and configure operating systems and applications
- Maintain network connectivity and peripheral devices
- Document technical problems and solutions
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employee equipment
- Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Perform routine system updates and patches
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Provide remote support when needed
- Assist with printer and video conferencing setups
- Maintain inventory of IT assets
- Follow security protocols for data protection
- Support cloud-based service access and troubleshooting
- Train users on basic IT functions
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies
- Assist in deploying new technology initiatives
- Troubleshoot email and calendar access problems
- Support two-factor authentication systems
- Handle password resets and account access issues
- Participate in after-hours maintenance when required
