Akido Labs is hiring an IT Support Specialist I

Responsibilities

  • Deliver initial technical assistance for hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Set up and manage desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripheral devices.
  • Offer user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Help prepare and deploy workstations, user accounts, and devices for new hires.
  • Keep current records of IT assets, including equipment and software licenses.
  • Conduct regular system upkeep, software patching, and issue resolution.
  • Record technical support interactions, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Refer advanced technical issues to higher-level IT personnel.
  • Work with IT team members to enhance support workflows and user satisfaction.
