Responsibilities
- Deliver first- and second-level technical support for a distributed workforce using MacBooks as standard equipment.
- Oversee user account management, access rights, and integrations across Google Workspaces with SSO, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Atlassian products, and GitHub.
- Enforce endpoint security and regulatory compliance using Kandji MDM and Bitdefender solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, virtual private networks using OpenVPN, and cloud-based applications.
- Develop and maintain documented procedures for IT operations and user support workflows.
- Support compliance audits for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS by preparing required evidence and documentation.
- Assist in completing security assessments for potential clients and partners during sales engagements.
- Analyze system logs and security alerts to identify and address potential threats promptly.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of identity and access controls across integrated systems.
- Support the collection and reporting of IT and security performance metrics for audits and internal reviews.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, software licensing, and lifecycle tracking for endpoints.
- Collaborate with Information Security, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-departmental projects.
- Engage with internal teams to assess support requirements and enhance tooling and security practices.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation and user training resources.
