Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions in internal and external systems, including managing passwords, user accounts, and access permissions
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including access provisioning and orientation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for clients
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, network connectivity, WiFi, logins, and peripheral devices
- Act as the primary contact for receiving and addressing IT support inquiries
- Escalate technical problems beyond initial scope and monitor until resolved
- Support configuration and management of Microsoft platforms such as Intune, Teams, and Outlook
- Enforce device security and management policies using Intune
- Contribute to the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services
- Maintain and organize the physical server space
- Monitor and document office technology inventory
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and replacing hardware as necessary
