Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person support to users requiring immediate technical assistance
- Address helpdesk tickets and deliver solutions for issues involving hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Set up, customize, and manage computing systems, including guiding users through IT application usage
- Oversee network performance, diagnose connection problems, and support management of user access and accounts
- Record and follow through on all technical support cases until resolved
- Support internal IT projects and participate in technology-related initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Availability to work on-site four days per week
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and operating environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline
- Prior experience with networking fundamentals, communication protocols, and command-line scripting using Bash or PowerShell
