Responsibilities
- Deliver daily technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues across the organization
- Handle, prioritize, and resolve incoming support requests through Slack, Jira, and other communication platforms
- Serve as the escalation contact for advanced or unresolved technical problems
- Configure and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in core platforms such as Google Workspace and SaaS applications
- Collaborate with People Operations to ensure smooth and secure employee onboarding and offboarding
- Oversee and maintain essential internal systems, including SaaS applications and identity management tools
- Manage company-owned devices and IT assets, including setup, tracking, and end-of-life processes
- Coordinate with Finance on software license management, renewals, and cost monitoring
- Act as the main liaison for IT vendors such as Atlassian, LastPass, and JetBrains, managing relationships and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain internal IT documentation, guides, and self-help resources
- Work with the Security team to support compliance initiatives and internal control frameworks
- Provide support to a globally distributed workforce across multiple time zones, adapting to diverse working styles and needs
