EXUS is hiring an IT Support Engineer (Fully Remote)

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver reliable technical support in a fully remote setting. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining systems, managing user accounts, and supporting endpoint devices across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests from users via ticketing systems and remote tools
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for remote employees
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain security standards and system reliability
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge resources

Requirements

Candidates should have a solid foundation in IT support with proven experience troubleshooting in remote environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly are essential.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common business applications
  • Working knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, and remote access tools
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
