ASE Global is hiring an IT Support Engineer to handle complex IT issues across public cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management, and system-level troubleshooting. You'll join a team managing a diverse technical environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and operating systems including Windows and macOS
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
- Manage security groups, distribution lists, and access permissions
- Configure and maintain Intune for device policies, compliance, and software deployment
- Handle identity and access management via Azure AD, including MFA and group policies
- Respond to and resolve user support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email
- Troubleshoot issues related to MS Office, printers, and basic network connectivity
- Perform initial triage of incidents and escalate where necessary
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
- Monitor IT systems and report abnormalities or outages
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurements and support escalations
- Perform hardware diagnostics and replacements
- Monitor and maintain IT security systems including Defender for Endpoint and Kaseya-Bitdefender
- Ensure IT asset inventory remains accurate and updated
- Work within an ITSM system to manage incident queues and escalate to L3 support when needed
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in IT support with L2 responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and endpoint security tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS systems
- Understanding of ITSM and ticketing systems such as ManageEngine or Jira
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Willingness to work in US/Canada time zones
Nice to Have
- Certifications like Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or ITIL
