What You'll Do
Architect and roll out advanced Microsoft 365 environments tailored to enterprise needs. You'll work directly with clients to understand their goals, then lead the deployment of integrated solutions across communication and collaboration platforms. Guide migration strategies from legacy systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
Oversee testing cycles to validate system performance and reliability. When issues arise, lead troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve technical challenges. Support each phase of deployment, ensuring configurations align with business requirements and security standards.
Requirements
You have hands-on experience with Microsoft communication and collaboration technologies, including Exchange Server, SharePoint, and Teams or Skype for Business. You're skilled in cloud identity management and have worked extensively with Azure AD, ADConnect, and ADFS for authentication workflows.
Your background includes managing hybrid environments and executing complex migration scenarios. You understand core Microsoft infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols. You also have experience with antispam and antivirus solutions integrated into messaging platforms. Basic automation through PowerShell scripting is part of your toolkit.
