Base.com is looking for an IT Support Customer Specialist to join our remote team on the night shift (20:00 - 4:00). You will be the first point of contact for our customers and users, ensuring their satisfaction with our e-commerce products and services. You'll join an international team at one of the fastest-growing platforms in the industry, which has grown 15-fold in the last 3 years.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-line of support for customers and users.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the offered products, services, and features.
- Take full ownership of reported user issues, diagnosing and resolving them.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated tickets.
- Develop and update the knowledge base for the global IT Support department.
- Test new product functionalities.
- Participate in additional projects aligned with your strengths and skills.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.
- Very good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level).
- Very good knowledge of the Base.com product.
- Availability to work the night shift (20:00 - 4:00).
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to continuously expand your technical and product knowledge.
- Highly developed communication skills for collaboration both within and outside the organization.
- Very good organization of work in a fully remote model.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ease of learning and acquiring new digital skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish, Italian, French, or German).
