Responsibilities
- Offer specialized knowledge in applications and systems software to diverse stakeholders
- Analyze complex hardware, software, and telecommunications systems to establish processes and procedures for cross-departmental use cases
- Support the creation and delivery of standard operating procedures, presentations, and training resources for varied audiences
- Evaluate existing procedures and standards, updating them as needed using current best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders and system users to improve understanding of organizational IT systems
- Partner with IT and business professionals to align program objectives, requirements, performance metrics, and innovation initiatives
- Deliver actionable recommendations for enhancing IT infrastructure and business operations
- Create documentation such as manuals and procedural guides to meet technology and process demands
- Determine strategies for upgrading or replacing information systems
- Assist in the ongoing operation and maintenance of sophisticated IT environments
