Fina is seeking an IT Strategy Manager to integrate our Technology Strategy & Transformation team. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the development of their IT and digital strategies, the enhancement of their IT function's efficiency, and the implementation of transformative technology roadmaps.
What You'll Do
- Gather strategic business orientations and analyze client needs.
- Diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of existing information systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Construct target IT architectures based on business strategy, system analysis, and technology trends.
- Develop multi-year implementation plans to achieve the IT target vision.
- Evaluate organizational impacts and propose target structures for the IT function.
- Define business cases for transformation, including TCO and ROI analysis.
- Develop sourcing strategies for solutions and service providers.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from a top engineering, business school, or university.
- 6 to 10 years of experience gained within a consulting firm environment.
- Enjoy teamwork and demonstrate adaptability, rigor, analytical skills, synthesis, and proactivity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong formalization abilities.
- Management and business development capabilities.
- Affinity for IT trends (e.g., Blockchain, IoT, Cloud, DevOps, AI) and knowledge of market standards (ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT).
- Mastery of oral and written English.

- In-depth knowledge of one or more business sectors such as Distribution, Energy, Industry, or Banking/Insurance.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of 90 employees based at La Défense as part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice.
Work Mode
