Netguru is looking for a motivated IT Specialist to join our team in Poznań. This role is ideal for junior or mid-level candidates eager to develop in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will gradually expand to include software support, procurement, budgeting, and contract management.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot technical issues across macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Support the resale of equipment to internal stakeholders and resellers.
- Provide first-line support, including managing 1Password, channel administration, and handling routine day-to-day IT tasks.
Technical Stack
- Operating Systems: macOS, iOS, Android, Windows
- Tools: 1Password, GitHub, Jira, Atlassian, Google Workspace (G Suite)
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: 5,300 - 8,000 PLN gross UoP or 6,400 - 9,600 PLN NET B2B
- 16 paid days off (for B2B contract)

This is an onsite position based in Poznań or nearby.
