We’re seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Poznań, supporting the smooth operation of internal technology systems. This role begins with frontline technical support and evolves into broader responsibilities across IT operations, giving you room to grow and take ownership.
What You’ll Do
You’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues across macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows devices, ensuring employees stay productive. You’ll support onboarding and offboarding processes, manage access tools including 1Password, and assist with internal equipment resale. Over time, your responsibilities will expand to include managing software procurement, tracking IT budgets, and overseeing vendor contracts.
You’ll also administer digital channels, support collaboration tools like Google Workspace, GitHub, and Jira, and help maintain internal documentation. As you progress, you’ll collaborate with finance and leadership on IT planning and cost optimization.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a hands-on problem solver who takes initiative and enjoys learning. You’re comfortable troubleshooting across platforms and eager to deepen your knowledge in IT operations. Familiarity with the tools we use—like Atlassian products and Google Workspace—is a plus, but what matters most is your willingness to grow.
Compensation and Work Environment
This is an onsite role in Poznań. Compensation ranges from 5,300 to 8,000 PLN gross monthly under a contract of employment, or 6,400 to 9,600 PLN net monthly under a B2B contract. We offer 16 paid days off per year.
