About the Role

ANGEHEUERT GmbH is looking for an IT Service Manager (F/M/*) to manage our daily IT operations and lead projects. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth IT experience for our team by handling hardware, software, security, and acting as the primary IT contact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete hardware fleet (laptops, smartphones, accessories) from setup to replacement.
  • Set up and manage mobile devices via Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Administer SaaS systems such as Microsoft 365 and Atlassian.
  • Ensure security standards are met, including MFA, password policies, and updates.
  • Be the first point of contact for the team for IT questions, both remote and on-site.
  • Work on projects like system migrations, automations, and security upgrades.
  • Bring in new ideas to make the IT landscape smarter, faster, and more secure.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with Windows, macOS, or both and an openness to learn new things.
  • A technically inclined mindset, enjoying trying things out and finding solutions.
  • An eye for security and understanding that strong passwords and updates are important.
  • Willingness to get involved, take responsibility, and be the interface between various internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues who don't speak German, don't speak tech, or with other IT fans.
  • Fluent German and good English skills to navigate software and documentation.

You'll join a team of 11-50 employees and work mostly on-site in Aachen to provide direct support.
