STI-Consulting is looking for a Sales Manager (M/W/D) to drive new business acquisition and build lasting customer relationships. In this role, you will contribute to the company's growth within a B2B IT solutions or IT recruitment context, supported by a dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Proactively approach potential customers, build relationships, and develop them strategically.
- Coordinate appointments and conduct thorough follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reliably maintain important contact information in the CRM system.
- Analyze market and competition to identify new opportunities and business areas.
- Contribute to sales projects and support the team in their implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales of IT solutions OR experience in recruiting/placement of freelancers or project personnel, ideally focused on IT specialists.
- Communicative personality with a solution-oriented mindset focused on customer needs.
- A motivated and proactive approach to your work.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
